Merc CLA sunroof not working

Hi everyone, it's my first post on forum. Badly need advice.

I have 2015 model CLA panroof, yesterday it stopped working ( I mean) it doesn't close till the end. The right driver side Is drifted down as compared to the left hand side on trying to use the sunroof button to close it make's noise as if it's trying to close but unable to do so.

I wonder what is wrong! My wild guess is
motor seems ok as curtain is still working. I wondered if the channel on which the roof slides has mal aligned or is something broken.

It came out of blue with no prior warning.

Question
How to get it fixed ( not from dealer) at the best rate possible please. I am based in London

Oh no

Looks like something has broken on the driver side.

Let us know how you get it sorted as i have a CLA with pan roof and this gives me the fear
