in the short time i have owned my e320 i have used mercare in plymouth twice. first time for front pads and discs and the second for a new indicator stalk .
the customer service is A1 with a loan car the first time and a lift by the eddie who i now know to be the boss the next and with the cost probably less than i paid my ford main dealer i am happy to recommend this garage

Family run with mum front office and dad and son and many more mechanics in the back. They know Mercedes inside out, have seen it all before and are very reasonable and honest. No unecessary work. Thoroughly recommended compared with local Merecedes dealership who look down on you if your car, like mine, is over 10 years old!
Only problem is that they have moved to bigger premises out of town near the Airport. Not so convenient for the city centre. New garage is at Estover Close Plymouth, Devon PL6 7PL Telephone 01752 226282

Having been nearly a year in the MB fold now, Mercare were my first port of call for a service. I had no servixce history to speak of, so was reliant on them being honest about any duff points. There were a good few, but these were explained and demostrated to my satisfaction, and fixed. It wasn't cheap, but then it wasn't a small job either. Customer care - first rate. Prices (all things considered) very good indeed.
Recommended.
