So it needs the half-hearted AMG kit ripped out, more period nicer wheels, new arches, a decarb/engine clean, new filters and fluids, and a new boot 'floor'. And a full valet. Then it should be fine?

That's not too much work. My C124 needed more and someone bought it within 5 hours of it being listed. I don't see why this won't go for a lot.

In terms of a bodykit, all I see are sideskirts. Are my eyes failing me?

It's got the original Gen 1 AMG front bumper as well as the Gen 1 AMG side skirts.

All it needs is the rear bumper skirt and some period Penta alloys. Looks like it's been lowered nicely already.
