I'm away for two weeks tomorrow. Upon my return, I plan to look at this SH purchase.
Pardon our interruption... and see if it slots in and what's what.
Also, opening my old servo and having a look inside.

Update: I've removed the master cylinder from this second-hand servo, and the servo is good for size. It will fit nicely. The vacuum hose connector needs changed to accommodate this servo, should that be easy enough?
Is the vacuum connection on this servo removable? (Would it unscrew, or is it part of the unit?)

Hard to tell from photos but probably a pull-out plastic fitting.

The used servo I bought is also known as a T52 servo (I think). My issue is with the connection of the vacuum pipe.
On my original servo, it has a plastic push-fit (see picture), and the T52 servo is a different setup (metal) with threads (see picture).
Is there a part number for this fitting?

No idea of the merc part nunber, but a hydraulic hose place will sell you a barbed tail that screws onto that. Then it's just a case of heating the plastic pipe and forcing it over it.
