Hi All,

Got this fault code P0110 on the merc a140, there is no voltage apparently going to the ADC (Air duct?) either. Any ideas where this sensor is and how it can be sorted????

A140

my 2002 A140 runs rough on idle, going thru too much fuel and the choke seems too come on even after a warm start.any ideas pls.thanks

Your car does not have a choke, fuel / air mixture is controlled by the ECU.

You need to find a local MB independant that has the MB Star computer and get a diagnostic run, Star is capable of interrogating all aspects of the car's systems and can log live data if required.

Air temp sensor is in the rubber elbow from memory, certainly in that area, I have had a couple of a classes with the warning light due to iat sensor but no adverse effects.

I seem to have the same problem as you on my w210 e220 cdi took it to an Indy who said it had the wrong electrical connecter plugged into it . Thing is since he swapped it I'm not sure it's any better. There was another two cable plug under the washer bottle which was apparently the right one. Does anyone have any idea firstly why I have a cable that now apparently goes to nothing and if possible could someone confirm the color wires that should be going to the iat as both plugs have different wire colours .

Please can anyone with a w210 e220 or similar just confirm the color wires going to their iat . I seem to be getting conflicting answers from indies and just want to be sure it's correct .
