Hi there, I have a Mercedes A140 (02). About 2 days ago i had a problem with my secondary injection air pump Part number: A 000 140 40 85, the motor is continuously on after the engine is turned of, could anyone advise if the motor is faulty or the relay switch?
Also we have unplugged the motor to stop it from running, can this harm the engine while I'm driving the car?
I need to know ASAP, i don't want to harm the engine and if anyone could maybe direct me to a part website i rang up Mercedes and they said the part would cost around £500, which is a lot! I've stated the part number above if anyone could help out! it would be very appreciated
