I also like that it isn't emblazoned with AMG badges.

It's all rather funny really. My W204 is 3.5 litre V6 that does 0-60 in 6 and yet they couldn't sell them for love nor money. This has meant that I now have a car where there are only 100 in the UK, it is faster than any current petrol W205 in the UK and that causes me a problem because to change would mean going from a V6 3.5l to a 2 litre turbo 4L engine. What has really changed. They couldn't sell big engine W204s in the UK and so they gave up, now they fancy selling big engine W205s in the UK- and Petrol is far dearer now than say 4 or 5 years ago...

The theory is that the petrol engines are now so much more efficient that you're able to get petrol performance with diesel like economy.

Time will tell if that theory pans out.

Dunno.

The whisper is they are re engineering the 4matic system so they can offer the next generation GLK to the RHD market. It would be logical to offer this throughout the range especially now Audi have Quattro and BMW have X Drive.

Be interesting to see if it makes an appearance in the UK market.

A C450 4matic would probably be just as fast as a RWD C63 in anything other than a straight drag race.
