Mercedes B class

Can anyone help,suddenly cannot open the boot on the B class
All other doors work fine
Any ideas how to get into the boot?

When you press the boot release button (above the number plate) you should hear a faint click if not have you checked the fuse (under floor on drivers side).

Check to see if the rear screen washer works as the pipe can come off in which case it sends a lot of water down the inside of the rear hatch. If this has happened it may have soaked the hatch release mechanism. PM me if you want any more info on this.
