I agree that steering wheel is horrid, however, that interior would look great with some cleaning/conditioning!

poor advert has the potential to turn out as a nice car with some detailing perhaps.

Potentially very nice, the bodywork looks very straight.
The south coast is good place to find Mercs- a lot of older persons have nice examples tucked away in their garages and suddenly decide they need a 60mpg diesel hatchback (despite their only driving being a 2 mile trip to Sainsburys once a week).
