Be very careful with these people. they are pretty handy at hiding major faults and then denying all knowledge.

Odd to have a 250 engine in an M Reg car. Not as it makes any difference - Just wondered if this was an "assembled in India" car. Looks fairly high on the ole suspenders which is the only clue I have.

No, its not an india car, My mum used to have a N reg one of these.

I found it quicker to walk...

No MOT, wonder how long it has been lying up

I viewed a couple of SL's there before I bought mine.. wasn't too impressed with either... given i phoned beforehand you would have thought they would have made sure the battery wasn't flat.....

I think the Indian ones were all manual with A/C. This is probably a genuine UK car but agreed it does look a bit high.

My e320 is from them. nice condition and low mileage (well written waffly advert too) but the ecu and wiring loom went within 3 weeks and they refused to do anything other than me transporting the car 300 miles to discover whether they felt it was a warranty issue. they also insisted a burnt loom can be repaired for 150 pounds. Caveat emptor and all that i know but not a good way to do business. i also saw the 129's there and the difference between the descriptions i later read on their website and the actual cars which are not cheap were massive.

:eek:as you say not a good way to do business
i would expect most decent garages to help out a customer if something major or minor went within a few weeks, they are probably not going to get much repeat business if that is their style. I hope it hasnt spoilt your experience of the E320
If you now have a new ECU and loom you are ahead of the game in terms of reliability:thumb: ..uck them
