So my car is looking very sorry for herself after a prang yesterday. I'm in the throes of sorting out with my insurance company and tempted to cut them out of the loop and deal with Mercedes Accident Management.
The car would be sent to the above Body Shop if I did. Has anybody got any experience of them...good, bad or indifferent?
