Mercedes Brentwood pxxx takers!

Hi guys, 40000 mile service is due on 63, i require diff oil, transmission oil change etc according electronic service guide, ok that's fine I phoned mercedes brentford to inquire regarding buying service plan which works out 40 quid a month for two years, for which I get 2 services,

Brentford said to me because my car is not new anymore I was unable to take out this option, however a freind of men who works at park royal merc said that they can do it? It's further for me too travel but why can't Brentwood do it?

Now that I see how Brentwood operate, few months ago my eis module was playing up, I had the top tier warranty and surprise surprise it wasn't covered, I spend nearly a grand at merc, when I got the the car back car was in sports mode, and had done 5 more miles than I left it there with, I never said anything to them at the time, I wish I did

Guys be wary at brentford bunch of bell ends, maybe not all of them but deco the ones dealing with me,

Are the service plans valid across all MB dealerships? If so, buy at Park Royal and 'use' at Brentford.

Hmmm never thought of that, I think they are says u can service at any garage , once paid, I'll call them, thank u sir!
