My car Comand unit has been playing up for some time. It had occasionally reformated (see photos 1 and 2) in recent months but is now stuck at the reformatting stage and will not resume normal operation. Is there a way of fixing this problem that does not require to purchase a new Comand unit which would probably cost as much as the car is worth to fit?
