Mercedes c320 Coupe fluctuating Revs

Hello.

I have noticed while driving to work recently that my car revs go up and down fluctuate going uphill...I scanned the car fault codes and everything is clear.
Transmission has been serviced, and the car runs fine,and no revs fluctuate on idle.
Could it be the MAF?or maybe smth to do with transmission,?

Have you checked your transmission fluid level [ cold or warm]and condition [colour] recently?

Yes.
I have changed fluid 1 month ago,with new filter,measured fluid at 80c using icarsoft diagnostic tool and dipstick, all OK,
Added 6 litres of atf in total ,after flushing torque converter.

Sounds more like a vacuum leak, I'd check your hoses etc and have a listen around fro a faint wheeze or whistle.. Idle stabilization can also cause this ..but I don't think the car has one (I may be wrong) just saying like..could also be a fuel starvation thing especially going uphill...
