Hello.
I know if you search the net and this forum there are quite a few theories about Mercedes pulling left as standard, none of which sound very plausible given that Jags and BMWs are RWD and also have steep caster angles (which I believe makes RWD cars more likely to follow cambers?).
Anyway, would someone more knowledgeable than me be able to comment on the tracking data attached? Only dodgy thing I noticed was they've recorded the wheels as 16" but they are 18". Unfortunately the L and R caster is not listed.
The car is fine on a flat road, drifts slowly to the right on a right hand camber, but pulls more strongly on a left cambered road, i.e. all the time!
All new tyres and I have tried swapping fronts L to R and made no difference.
It did it before the new tyres were fitted though not as strongly (I thought it was a tracking issue that I'd get fixed when I replaced the tyres and did a 4 wheels alignment a the same time).
It's not a strong pull but it is instant, and it's doing my head in.
Cheers
