If it is still in warranty, take it back to your Dealership. Even if not in warranty, you may well have to take it to them anyway as there aren't too many folks with knowledge of these systems.

I wonder if you have a fault/problem with your mode switch setting which will determine which power options are available to you at any particular time. These settings are not fixed however and may depend on the state of charge of the battery, outside temperature, aircon demands etc. meaning the car may over-ride the drivers wishes if its ECU decides its necessary.

These cars have had a problem with the starter motor. It could be that. Once you have switched to petrol it won't let the engine turn off again to engage the electric drive. If you have a full service history I am sure they will do something to help get it sorted out.

what is strange ,when car is in park position and change to petrol from electric without problem and no fault !

I checked starter in mechanic and after quick test he said starter works good

It may be 2 months out of warranty but I would still expect MB to look at this fault as a goodwill gesture.

Thank for answer I book appointment in MB ,you think this can be fixed for free ? :)

I must waiting 2 weeks for my appointment :(

If they don't fix it for free write to MB Customer Service and complain about the quality of their expensive cars. Be very angry.

grober which exactly?

The only people likely to be able to help are the techs at your MB dealer/ specialist who have the equipment and experience to trouble shoot these complex systems. Its as likely to be a software problem as a hardware one- hence the need to get all the software updates already issued. Without this integrated approach just replacing hardware units at considerable cost may not affect a repair.

Car on electric engin working perfect the same petrol engine,I can drive on electric how I can till is still charged the same on petrol engine is perfect fault is only one and does not affect the drive only is this sing on a cluster View attachment 50209

You should certainly get all the manufacturer software updates done.
