I can remember reading somewhere that there will never be a convertible Black Series - the two models that have been made so far that had a convertible roof in standard guise (SLK & SL Black) both had a fixed roof instead.

Convertibles are great for experience, but the lack of a roof will ultimately compromise ride and handling if you're after ultimate performance.

The DTM and black series are not the same Simon M
there were only 30 convts made and about 100 coupes
and they are one of a kind
