Mercedes CLK W208 chirping noise from dash when on very bumpy road

Hi,

Now that I have my car running well again I thought I'd address an long standing issue that I've ignored.

When travelling over a bumpy road I can hear a chirping / squeaking noise from the central dash area.

Has anyone experienced something similar and know what it might be?

hmmm mine did that when I first had it had a ferret around the back of the radio then left it and either its gone now or my hearing has deteriorated
as not noticed it recently but it was a minor irritation when I first had the car about 3 years ago
Not much help to you i'm afraid but it may go of its own accord like mine

I've got exactly the same issue on my W212, seems to be coming from the CD/Radio area, really bugging me but cant seem to resolve.
