mercedes convenience mode coupe HELP

Hi, I hope some one can help me on this one! i have a 2007 coupe c180K and i don't have a convenience mode in the menu! is there anY firmware update ect to get this mode! as i would like the mirrors to close when locking the car! instead of doing it manual from in side the car!

Sounds like you need STAR coding done, I had to have this done on mine as it's a sport model which doesn't have it from the factory.

i have the sports package fitted! 17inch wheels ect - i talked with there Mercedes service dep today. and they seem a bit stuppid ??

It doesn't make any difference, if you don't have the menu option chances are it's not supposed to and you'll need to pay someone to enable it for you via STAR as a dealer won't do it for you.
