On visiting Mercedes Birmingham for replacement brake pad/discs, I asked for their recommendation for an approved Mercedes body-shop that could rectify some cosmetic damage to my W169 rear bumper (that had been caused by another driver not looking properly when parking alongside me in a car park).
The good news is that Mercedes Birmingham now have their own dedicated body-shop for such work.
Previously, they had spent so much on outside third-party companies to rectify cosmetic damage on used stock that it was deemed cheaper to offer the service directly on site - both for them as a company and for their customers.
They picked-up the car from home early in the morning and returned it by mid-afternoon. The very reasonable price exceeded my expectations.
Recommended.
