So, done quite a few jobs and miles since buying my 2003 saloon.

Finally got my Kleemann headers and downpipe kit, Kleemann boost kit and new serpentine belt and an oil change, what a difference in both noise and performance. I've also got a x-pipe installed so it's nigh on straight piped for now, bloody hell

I've a few other jobs to do, lowering links and spacers, new brake pads and discs and some better tyres than the ones she has. Buying up all the bits i need to then hand over to my garage, i'm also booked into Mercedes to get the sunroof recall done in October.

I love this car so much, it's like two different cars when you want it to be compared to my C5 RS6 Avant i had before, that was a stage 2 but the E55 deffo feels faster and deffo sounds better.

Mighty engine, one of the best. I enjoyed mine so much when I owned one. I had straight pipes on mine at one stage it was loud to loud. It was nice when you were going at it with pace. But just potting around it was awful the drone was unbearable. 156 back boxes was ideal for my liking.

Every drive feels like an event, I haven't ever had anything so versatile and satisfies so many different facets of driving fun. For some strange reason my wife doesn't like driving ours, she feels it's a bit big and lairy (I get the second point), such a shame as I thought she would enjoy it too and use it with the kids.
