Mercedes Insurance Phone Number

Just received a renewal notice from Mercedes Insurance today for a policy that expired in Nov 2020. Tried calling the number stated on the policy letter 03450402090 and got a number not recognized message. Checked online and the same number is listed on the Mercedes Insurance website.

Does anyone have a second number for Mercedes Insurance?

Thank you for your confirmation. I have been calling the 03450 number since the 8th Jan 2021 to no avail (I am with 3 UK). I tried calling the claims number which was completely useless.

In desperation, today I used a landline to call the 03450 and it worked. When I complained to the customer service agent, she acknowledged that MB Insurance has been having problems with their phone lines.

One more unimpressive thing to note - my renewal letter dated 6th Jan 2021 mentions a renewal date of 7th Nov 2020! Service Agent confirms that this is incorrect as my renewal date is actually 4th Feb 2021. Not impressed that they got this wrong too!

Now shopping elsewhere for insurance for my C300h.
