Mercedes me app problems

When u go on the App Store. Apple Watch is not even mentioned at all
In the description on the new app 2020 I’ve still got the old one which works well. I called MB today and the have had calls about the watch not working.

Came here to make sure everyone else was having problems and that it wasn't my car acting up. Glad I'm not the only one being told doors are open and the car is unlocked when neither are accurate. It all seems to have gone belly up since the maintenance the other day.

It's the same with the new and old apps, so it's obviously something server-side that's at fault.

Old & new APP is working great at the moment on mine. as I said 3rd there is another update !!!

Ha, I was out for a meal on Wednesday evening with family and got an alert saying vehicle unlocked. I opened the app to be greeted with a doors open warning.
Panicked, left the restaurant (thankfully hadn't ordered food) and walked about 5 mins to the car, all the time thinking there would be some unscrupulous little bastard inside rummaging around.
My mind had all worked out, and boy was he getting a hammering

My mercedes me app still shows two dashes for the window status when they're closed.
I contacted the app support, they did the usual, uninstall/turn it off/on and reinstall.
Made no difference so they said they'd contact technical, doubt I'll hear anything more, but then again, it is a first world problem

Install the new Mercedes me 2020 app, which is replacing the current one and is much better. Then you can see if the same issue is there on the new app

Noticed tonite that the mercedes me app on my phone is out of date, wrong mileage, fuel level, last trip. Tried deleting app and reinstalling but no different, also info on mercedes me website same as app, anyone else having problems?

After the last update (Dec 2019 Ver 2.13.9-850) Valet protect (which was clunky anyway) stopped working completely.
Reported it to MB via the app who took details of the phone model etc. and said they were escalating it upwards for solution.
So far no reply (2 weeks).
Mobility page finds the car OK, so issue seems to be contacting the MB server (seen some server contact errors/retry).
As I recall I paid for this service/option just 3 months ago.

Has anyone else's collision alert functionality stopped working.
Due to my contact with [email protected]-benz.com they are going to remotely reset the vehicles communication module on Thursday evening for me, they think that will solve the window status and collision status

My problem with The Mercedes Me App is it always shows starter battery partially charged, it doesn't matter how long I drive or how far, it always says partially charged. I cannot find the battery in my car so that I could check the voltage.
