Mercedes me app problems

Hmm... I take it you guys have all paid for at least one of the subscriptions?
 
Magically, somehow tyre pressure icon has returned

Having problems sending destinations to the car. Both the old app and the new one when first out sent destinations to the car that popped up on the COMAND screen when I started up the car. This feature stopped working. Can only get destination if I select destination by loading the COMAND app a slow and clunky way to do the job.

I have removed and reinstalled the app to my iPhone, de authorised and re connected the phone to the car. My system is NTG5*2 on a 2016 C Class iphone is working on latest software updates. contacted MB support who just advised remove and re install. I am in a good signal area and information regarding the cars status quickly shows on my phone so vehicle coms module seems ok.

All other app features working. Have we gone back on usefulness with the latest version of the app for NTG5*2 COMAND users forcing us to use the painfully slow inbuilt app rather than just accept the on screen destination with a single click of the controller?

Ideas and trouble shooting suggestions please. Plenty of time to mess about at present. Just want the system up and working for when I use the car again.
 
Mine hasn't updated now for 3 days despite using car for 'essential' travel, albeit only 9.2 miles return trip.

I used mine yesterday for a quick supermarket trip yesterday (15 miles return) and the app has up to date info today.
 
Ive had all manor of issues with the new APP. Most discussed here already

-doors and boot open warnings when they weren't
-car unlocked when it wasn't
-car location being miles out from where the car actually is etc etc

and the latest is loads of my features, that ive paid for, have been de-activated. Ive been told that i need to head back to a dealers to reactivate as my "trust" level is only at level 2 and needs to be at level 3. Despite telling them i had already done this, and had been using all features in the app for the last couple of months without fail they still haven't reactivated anything! Ive sent a strong email either asking for all services to be re-activated immediately as i am paying for them (whether they are worth it or not, but that's a whole other argument) or i want refunding. Will see what happens.
 
With the ‘new’ 2020 app I still get “One sensor inactive”...

Some journeys are not recorded or updated also, it shows data from days ago. Possibly because I’m in a not very good mobile signal area? Frustrating to say the least.

I give up.
 
Here we go again.......... All working 2 days ago but now doors, vehicle status, tyre pressure and trip computer all kaput. Have tried deleting the app and reinstalling but to no avail:mad:.

Anyone else having issues with the app?

Just checked, mostly things working for me.
Tyre pressure option has disappeared, and the fuel level shows -% just

Vehicle status shows
Vehicle locked, windows closed, pan roof closed, doors closed, luggage locked & bonnet closed

I just moved my car to let my wife out of the drive, now everything working again.
Fuel level, tyre pressures etc
