Mercedes Me - disconnected

23 days ago my Mercedes Me system lost connection with the car.

Everything on the car works as it should with the exception of the SOS call system but that might be the car recognising that it isn’t where Mercedes Me thinks it has been for the past three weeks, (in a village 6 miles away).

There should be a simple way to reconnect the car to the system but it appears not.

Into the dealer next week - hopefully it’s something simple
