Mercedes me - window status

Guys
Not terribly important in the great scheme of things, bit of a first world problem.
I've noticed that the window status is no longer available in the app.
Its just shows two dashes.

Anyone else noticed similar?

Mine still ok. Open and close window and will reappear. I sometimes get that with sunroof

Mine is also showing two dashes since I updated the app but I haven’t used the car since. So I’m assuming once the ignition is switched on it will reboot the app and start working as previously. Hopefully

I have not had that problem but the other day mine came up with a different car reg number????? all the details, mileage, consumption etc were my car. Turned the phone and rebooted it and all OK.
Maybe your phone just needs a reset

Thanks, I'll try a phone restart and see what tomorrow brings

Phone restart made zero difference.
Opened drivers window, checkedMercedes me, it says window's open, close it back up and we're back showing two dashes.

Anyway, not to worry
