I was just updating my phone number on Mercedes me which has somehow managed to deactivate my Mercedes me services and I'm now on a screen saying I need to Please now visit your authorised Mercedes-Benz dealer to complete activation of the Mercedes me connect services.

Anyone else had this issue? its deactivated the pack where you can remote lock your car from the Mercedes me app.

I have a 2019 A Class - bought it 5 weeks ago from a MB dealer
 
Use the call button in the car to call customer service and you can speak to someone that deals with Mercedes Me directly.

Using the button in the car will send the vehicle data to them as well.
