Mercedes ML W164 rear parking sensors

Any idea how you remove these?

Clipped into the bumper from the rear with two tabs (quite stiff) one on each side that need pushing outward, then sensor drops into bumper.

So if you can get to back of bumper from under all good, but may well mean bumper off for some/all of the sensors.
