My Indy quoted me a good £200 more for the work on my ML broken spring than Mercedes-Benz Orpington. Plus the service I received there today was spot on. Courteous, polite and proactive staff. The car was cleaned inside and out, the waiting area was very comfy and contemporary...couldn't have asked for better - and remember, CHEAPER than the Indy. I sent an email to MB UK copying in Orpington, highlighting my satisfaction - credit where credit is due.

Great to see someone else who is happy with their local dealer. I use Southampton and am very happy with their service.

I used them as well. I was very pleased. Perfect customer service. I had some terrible experience before with some other mb dealer. But now I use Orpington. I think Mb should send all their people there to learn how to do business. It's a pleasure to go there and to see they really care.

Got similar service from Beckenham, Lakeside and Dartford over recent months. Sent email to Beckenham manager praising the approach of the warranty guys there. Very impressed.....

We are ALL to easy to have a go these days but very rarely complement good service. Good on you!!

How much was it at the end of the day? was this just your spring or a service also.
