Mercedes Scan required

I live in Paignton I have a 2006 Mercedes c200 sports coupe cdi

I have had it 7 years no problem

I tried a Chinese obd2 connector which didn’t recognize

since then car dies not crank and high speed fan

I cannot afford as a pensioner to go to garage

I need someone locally who can help with a scan and maybe re- flash my ecu

any help please

I’m not surprised a generic Chinese code reader wont work. What fault were you trying to trace?

Where do you normally take it for service and repairs?

Had 7 years local man had a few scans but no one came up with solution
Pointing to ecu and software
Fault. Circuit 61 not good
Can communication

maybe a simple fix

There was no fault before I tried the obd2 I was just interested. Now I can get anyone to fix it without giving a blank cheque
