It is with much regret that I am selling my SL55 AMG

Spec is as follows:

2003 / 03 plate - (private plate not included, will go back onto its original plate)
HPi Clear - never been in an accident or broken into etc
Obsidian Black Metallic
104k with stamped book, primarily Mercedes main dealer, other stamps are specialist Mercedes garages
Light Grey/Beige Alpaca full AMG extended leather with zero wear / tear / rips - immaculate
Alcantara A pillars / roof lining
Heated / Cooled / Massage / Memory seats on drivers and passenger sides
Panoramic glass roof (makes a BIG difference!)
Bi-Xenon headlights
Active Cruise Control (slows car down automatically when approaching a car - very clever and a rare option!)
Keyless Entry / Go
Park distance control (Distronic)
Voice activation (Linguatronic)
Bose Sound system with CD Changer (works perfectly)
Comand sat nav unit
Original 18" AMG alloys with the proper Mercedes prefered tyres all round (wider rears)
F1 Paddleshift / buttons on steering wheel
Electrically retractable hardtop - perfect working order
Bluetooth phone prep (Viseo MBU-3000 in centre console)
Facelift front grill (original available)
Lowering links currently fitted to a sensible ride height (standard ones will be supplied and can be fitted)
Secondary Cats removed (popular modification, sounds amazing and makes zero difference to MOT / emissions). Original AMG centre pipes can be supplied free of charge
Long MOT until May - flew through last one without any advisories
2 sets of keys
All handbooks, service book present

Next service is due in 8000 miles. Last service was carried out at a specialist Mercedes garage. On top of the service all 16 spark plugs were changed (as per schedule) along with new belts and a brand new genuine Mercedes consumer battery (£180). I was advised that the dreaded ABC valve block was on its way out (known fault with any SL) so had this replaced with a genuine Mercedes item costing me over £2000 in total! I have all receipts for this. It was replaced about a year ago and to date I have had zero other issues with the car.

It has been an absolute joy to own and easily the fastest and most fun car i've owned. Everything works as it should, there are no electrical niggles, known faults or knocks. The bodywork is in lovely condition with zero parking dings / dents etc. The is no rust on the rear arches which, if you have viewed some already will know this is common on these. Very few stone chips on the front as expected but barely noticeable (being honest). It has always been my 2nd / 3rd car and only used on dry days.

Asking £14,495 for it
