Hi all I have a 2013 mercedes sprinter 313 cdi 2.1
I have a bad vibration only when I push hard on the accelerater I have just been to a prop shaft specialist where they fitted a new 3 peace shaft and there's no difference still the same . I'm pulling my hair out to what it could be as it doesn't lack power at all just vibration on heavy load . Tia in advance in anyone who can help get to the bottom of this .

Propshaft centre bearing (if not changed), flex discs (ditto), engine mounts?

Yes, I noted that but I was unsure exactly what was in a replacement 3 piece prop shaft, did it include new flex discs and centre bearing?

Popped into mercedes van dealership today and asked somebody in there and they said its most properly the injectors at fault but I beg to differ

Do you have a good MB Specialist nearby who could run a diagnostic?

Hola Snr Sparky. Que paso ?
Have you pulled enough hair out yet? Here where I am we could call you Snr Pelon. (Snr Baldy)
Seriously though what do we have here?
A 4 banger OM651 engine? Coupled up to a 7 speeder auto gearbox, in Sprinter.
How many miles or KMS on it, and what is the service history since you have owned it?
Have you ever serviced the autobox, and if so what fluid was put in it ?
Do you have any check engine lights on?
And lastly you don't have a Gringo style tune on it do you ????
You see two salient problems are paramount :]_
Yes you have POSSIBLY an injector issue, OR maybe a torque converter /lock up clutch solenoid problem.

For info
The auto box and its torquer converter must have a percentage of slip in it, other wise it will transmit a vibration down the drive line, and manifest itself in the mid ratios as a severe vibro or rumble strip noise when it occurs. Mostly that is under power pulling up a grade.
First
Beware of shot gunning as the American Gringos say!
Accurate Diagnosis is key here, looking in live data and graphing the areas of concern on a scanner.
The injectors being suspect is easy with trained eye to see with a scanner tool in live data watching injector performance.

The autobox lock up clutch and slip percentage performance can again be seen by selecting the transmission program area with a scanner and reading off the lock up clutch performance and torque converter slip percentages during upshifts .
So to conclude, no shot gunning remedies as you have discovered with the shot gun "Blunder"-Bus approach. More like someone with a pin point precise diagnostic weapon.
Hope that helps

OK
Then analysis of the engine & FIE is essential .
Does the thing have tune on it?
With a manual gearbox stated. does it have a twin plate clutch variant in it?

Whats does the thing have tune on it ?
Yes sure it has a dual mass flywheel with the clutch but its not noisey like most dmf when there about to fail .
I depress clutch and there's no change in noise at all .
