Mercedes to Revise the AMG Logo

It does seem that once you have an AMG on either lease or purchase, things like red calipers and AMG fonts seem to matter a whole lot more...

You read far too much into a simple question Will. But what that question does reveal is the lack of knowledge in all but one respondent?

Of course I now have an interest in things AMG now I actually have one. Does it matter more? No it doesn't matter more than my interest in Mercedes generally, just focused on a smaller area.

I await the first thread where someone won't accept a car with the old logo... ;)

I wonder how much AMG were charged for this rebranding excercise? You'd need balls of steel to submit an invoice after that piece of redesign.

AMG = Mercedes-Benz, AMG = Ghia/S-line/M-Power/VandenPlas/Tesco Finest etc.

...and a new "how-to" Re-badging thread on updating current vehicles using only pliers, cooking foil and a variety of oral hygiene products.

Looking at the 2 logos side by side, perhaps a good approximation could be achieved by simply flipping the "A" to reveal its backside. Sorted.
