Could be a rust bucket underneath despite the low miles. Manual gearbox also but that's maybe not a bad thing in a 200? And why so coy about the registration? Could it be that a perusal of the car's MOT history might yield some less than pleasing information?
ps those quaint chrome thingies front and back don't come cheap or the 2 missing hubcaps! Jay is the man who can give you the definitive answer on this one.
certainly not worth repairing but could be worth £300-400 for the engine and box to someone... But these engines rarely go wrong and the gearbox is only really worth anything if its a 5 speed.
The mileage is low but only concours cars fetch the big money, this will always be a cat d and will never be worth more than a couple of K fully repaired.
