Just asking if it is possible to change the damper for the belt tensioner without taking the tensioner off along with the pulleys .Reason is i have just changed the coolant pump , and because the tensioner is not any good ,, i have also replaced that ,,i have sent for another damper. .But as i ordered it from a uk company = Autocarparts Pro UK i now find that they in Germany so look out in future,it it will take some time for me to get the damper .. If i can fit the damper later on then i can put everything back on the engine and fit the v-belt damper when it comes . Pump change is nothing new its my second time around ...

Sorted this my self,, it is doable,, i put all the bits back and yes you can change the damper .But at the moment i have no pulleys on will know after if it is possible with pullets in situ...
