Mercedes w124 saloon 300E Zender bodykit Help/Advice

Hi guys..

Posting on behalf of my very good friend who I am helping sort it all out to get it back on the road.

He has a G reg W124 Saloon with a zender bodykit..

It is currently SORN but i am in the middle of helping him sort it all out..

Currently got some grey leathers for £150 inc. door cards which was bit of a bargain..

The plans are...

New shocks and lowering springs as Im aware coilovers arent possible?

17" Monoblocks with polished lip...can you get staggered?..also not sure how 18s would look?

Restore the leather from furniture clinic possibly and a respray

Is there anything else you guys would recommend?

Will also sort the trims out inside to ensure they all match!

Yep thats right, but one of the springs is broken!

Drivers seat bolster needs re-doing...need the arm rest in leather..

Was thinking of getting one of those restore kits from furniture clinic? does anyone know what code or colour the leather is?

Also need the wooden trim above the glovebox in the dark wood to match the rest of the car

Is t here anything you guys would suggest in doing?

18" Monoblocks would look great on that, along with a remus exhaust back box.

Post up some pics of what you need to complete the inside, I'm going to clear out some old interior parts in the next few weeks, so I might have what you need.

Yes you can get staggered 17", I have a set myself spare

17" or 18" monoblocks is a matter of taste and compromise between looks and comfort, but both would look good on it.

I`ve had 18s but don`t like going higher than 17s on 124s
