The dealers will sometimes sell just the rubber insert ( 107 on your pic ) which used to be about £2.50 for my W124 .

Bosch blades from Halfords tend to be about £20

I've had my 1997 Mercedes W140 S500 for fifteen years and sourcing replacement wiper blades has always been an issue. The OEM Bosch wiper blades appear to be discontinued and neither Bosch, Mercedes UK, nor any of the UK Mercedes dealers I have contacted have any stock. I've managed to source a genuine drivers side wiper blade, plus a used example via Ebay. However, I have found that solutions are possible. Namely:-

RUBBER REFILLS: I bought 2 x 28" (700mm) Universal refills from Wiper Blade Refills for £5.95 each plus shipping in January 2023. These were easy enough to fit in some spare wiper blades that I had stored away. There are a few videos on YouTube which show how easy it is to withdraw the old rubber and fit the new.

FLAT BLADES: I have also sourced some Bosch AR65N & AR70N Aerotwin Flat Wiper Blades which I reckon are suitable replacements. For right hand drive cars the passenger wiper blade is 28" (705mm) long. Drivers side is 24" (628mm) long. OEM W140 wiper mounting arm uses a hook attachment. Size is 12mm x 4mm. This is large and many 'Universal' blades only fit the smaller hooks. I bought from www.wiperblades.co.uk. AR65N was £17.19. AR70N was £15.60. Total charge £32.79. Free delivery. I expect the 700mm AR70N to be a perfect fit. The 650mm AR65N is 22mm longer than the original, which is 11mm each end. However the maximum sweep of the OEM Bosch blade is at least 25-30mm away from the upper rubber screen gasket.

OEM BLADES: The drivers side OEM Bosch wiper blade part number is A140820114564. I have attached some images of the packaging with all the reference numbers which might help in any search. The longer used passenger side wiper blade that I bought was identified with part umber A1408201645. An image of that label is also attached. I hope this information helps anyone struggling to find a quality low cost solution.

I WAS WRONG. I bought Bosch AR65N (650mm) for the drivers side, and Bosch AR70N (700mm) for the passenger side. They were the perfect length and they accepted the 12mm x 4mm hook fixing. However, for some strange reason, the pivot point was different. The Aerotwin blades mount approx 50mm lower down which means the arc swept by the new flat blades is correspondingly greater, causing them to rub over the upper screen rubber. I have now fitted AR60N (600mm) on the drivers side, and AR65N (650mm) on the passenger side. They fit properly and work fine. If you decide to use the Aerotwin blades as replacements, remember to remove the small black plastic clip from the end of the passenger side wiper arm. It stops the Aerotwin blade from sliding on.
