mercedes w211 message emissions inspect performed on time

This started popping up today, nothing in the handbook and phone my local dealer and suprise suprise they didnt know what it was or how to get rid off the bloody thing ....or if I should worry about it???

Any idea's please guys???

Its really easy for the dealer to reset this all they have to do is go into the assyst control unit and change the date in there as these is only for the oz market so dont need to have it over here it would take them about five minutes to do
