MercedesMe Portal Access issues

Have been getting 'bad gateway' messages since last Wednesday when trying to login to activate tomtom traffic info renewal. Spoke with MB who said they're doing their best to fix. Problem occurs when you try and login to the portal. The page either hangs of gives Bad gateway message.MB2.JPG It's been 4 days now. Does anybody on here have any news about this apparent outage?
 
I spoke to a chap today at Merc who said it was problems with swapping to 5g in Germany and the issue should be resolved in a couple of days.
Don’t know if that’s bluff or not, just what I was told.
Been having the same issues for a while now.

Ok. Thanks. Seems bizarre that switching to 5G affects the redirect to the UK web portal from the main site, but hey-ho hopefully it’ll get sorted. Cheers.

We get serious flak over 30 minutes downtime.... 'A couple of days'? Wow.
 
I've had issues with the portal all week and not for the first time.
It shows servicing overdue and Mobilo has expired, when in fact all up to date.
The tracking feature is also very hit and miss, not sure I'll renew any of this bit of a waste of time.

Mercedes Me portal down?
 
Bought a new car on Friday and for 2 days put it down to some delay in their system registering my account etc.
Today tried again and always get same issue, blank white screen in the portal, or black screen in the app.
Did call MB who at first fobbed me off with browser issue and asked me to try again tomorrow. Since had a mail from them stating they having technical problems with portal, but no ETA on a fix.
 
No problems here, OK maybe a small one, told me my car was unlocked, I was in it driving at the time!:(
 
In the end I requested a refund. What a ball ache. In my day job, if the website our clients use to access information was down, they'd have gone elsewhere. A website down for over a week in this day and age is incredulous.

The link to the irish website works but it won't let you activate any products you've bought online (well, it wouldn't allow me to activate the live traffic info). I guess I'll buy a phone holder for the car and use Waze!

I would have renewed it if my 2013 car had this option... :(

My thoughts exactly.
I have one particular customer who was down for 45 minutes one day (thankfully wasn't my problem), but it cost them 47K in lost sales as telesales couldn't take orders.
 
Working again for me today. I wonder for how long though... :-)
