oh and can anyone tell me the correct procedure of checking the gearbox oil on a clk320 w208. Dipstick says mb only, how do i get the dipstick out. Sorry for the hijack

There is no dipstick, you need one of these

Mercedes benz automatic transmission dipstick tool | eBay

Poke a small screwdriver into the bottom of the cap and push the clip out and retain for locking the cap back in place. Car MUST be at normal operating temp and the oil is checked whilst the engine is running. If it needs a top up then use a small funnel down the dipstick tube.

They are not true pillarless coupes so I don't believe they will. I liken them to 996 Porsches in the fact that they are a good product but will never be as fondly remembered as the ancestors.
