I have an issue with the nearside mesh that surrounds the foglight in the front bumper of my SL.
Whenever I come to wash the car I notice it has 'popped out' at the top as it wraps round the side of the bumper. I can pop it back in again and it feels like it clips in, but it is still sitting a little proud of the bumper whereas the offside one is perfectly flush.
I can gently push it in so it sits correctly like the offside one, but as soon as I let go it moves out again and then later will have popped out of the clip even further so the whole cycle starts again.
It is a brand new mesh and I replaced the clips when the bumper was off so what gives? Any idea if you can remove the mesh without damaging it without removing the bumper?
