metering head required pls help

desperatly require a meteribg head 4 me 1989 e190 auto as all went wrong.
if any one can help pls reply or know of were i can get one new or used an get me baby back on the road pls

Have a look in the side of the unit.

on the top of the metering head it reads 013578 if that helps any one.
could you let me know if you have one and how much cos im misssing me car pls help
