Hi can you please explain how this works, is there a list of names i should put mine on, what will it cost, what time do we need to be there for this..sorry for the questions im new to all this

No cost (thanks to Jay), you put your name down if you can make it and would like to go to Jay's for a GTG with other members and get to meet the forum members in person.

Jay will put a time when everyone can start turning up on the day but you can arrive at any time you like after that.

Hi,

We will be having a BBQ on the day, drinks etc will be provided....we normally ask for a small donation of around £2 each just to cover the cost of the meat, but its all very informal....
