I think some of you suffer with the Dealership problems, but as I have said before my local Dealer couldn't be more helpful and attentive. Coffee as soon as I walk in to see the salesman, and even the Manager who calls me by my first name, offers me a drink if I am standing waiting for someone, or have come to pick up the car. The Service Supervisor I also know by first name, and although he is always busy will deal with my problem, sometimes personally if the staff are tied up.

They are not cheap for service but I would certainly recommend them for customer care.

I am talking about Mertrux in Derby.

I think I ought to put a vote in for WDM cars in Perry Barr. Their no. is 0121 331 1066. I've used them quite a bit, and have always been pleased. Perry Barr is not the most convenient part of the city for me to get to, but I still make the effort because I'm happy with their service.
