Misleading Buy it now button?

Do you think the Buy it now button could be misleading?
If somebody looked at the start price then automatically assumed the Buy it now price was the same, - ouch... expensive mistake

On a similar note, I won an auction for a motorcross bike on ebay and paid by paypal.
The seller (16 yrs old) said thank you for the paypal payment, but as it takes 5 working days to transfer to my bank account, you will have to wait until then.

Buy it now: £100,000.00

Since when was an F reg. Audi 90 worth £10k let alone £100k.

Its a non-compliant eBay auction. He is sublisting with prices and not taking actual bids.
