Has anyone used a Mityvac to extract the engine oil out? The sump nut is refusing to budge and the edges are begining to round. If a six face socket dosent work might need to go down this route

A mityvac isnt used for this purpose, it's used to simulate and/or test vacuum circuits.

Get a mac edge socket there great can actually get of some really rounded bolts off as ive found! but the sockets are very expensive!

Rounded bolts shouldnt be a problem.

Worst case scenario, you weld an old spanner or socket to the bolt.

I have a Pela 6000 which works well enough but if I were buying again would get the Pela Pro 14.
