ML 250 AMG Sport
I've just received a new ML 250 AMG Sport and I'm very pleased with it. One thing I've noticed, though, is that the floor of the load space has a gap at the passenger side. This leaves a hole in the floor, which is perhaps useful for holding things, but is a bit annoying for my dogs, even with a fitted rubber mat.

Does anyone know if there's supposed to be a cover for this?

Really, i have the same car, and cant picture what you are talking about.

I am pretty sure i have no gaps on the load space floor.

A photo would help.

Picking my new ML up in a couple of weeks - would be interested to see what the gaps look like.

You mean on the left hand side of the boot? Oddments space?

Yep I have it, useful for me as I don't have dogs in the boot. And nope didn't come with a cover, nor did the one I test drove of the ml63 that was in the showroom. I noticed it as it is different from my 164 that I had before.

Yes, thanks, that's exactly what I mean. I'm sure there were compartments like that in the C class estate I had over a year ago, but with covers.

Ah , now i know what you mean, i find it useful to put the dogs bits and pieces, lead, treats etc.

I use a dog crate though, fits easily.

I can see how it would work well with a dog crate. Without one the treats wouldn't last two minutes!
