hello I have a ml320 cdi 2008 and all of a sudden the seatbelt tensioner go off and the windows will go up if they are open, does any one have any ideas what is wrong.

Only way you will solve this is a STARR test or Merc Garage. Obviously Dr Watson
The pre crash system is being triggered by one of the sensors on the car. Usually an accelerometer. My GL 2006 did this a couple of times. Apart from giving me a fright I couldn’t find a fault and it hasn’t happened again. Asked well respected Indy and they kind of rolled their eyes and said that sometimes this randomly happens and not to worry about it. If it is going off repeatedly they will be able to see the faulty sensor on star.
