ML plastic rear pillars £90 each!!!!

They must just break even on these! Honestly - a bit of thick plastic - currently pealing on both sides of my rear pillars (see a few MLs with this now).

I reckon a re-lacquer is better a.k.a cheaper - what reckon?

Sounds a lot for what it is.

Could they be colour coded to match the colour of the car or would that look odd.

For £90 I will live with it, hard to notice really, may even peal the rest off.

A waste of material and hassle - it's only the lacquer that's the problem. Won't be forking out £180 for new plastic. They said - shall I transfer you to the service team to arrange fitting?

thats crazy, we have the same problem with our ML, and my mate who is doing all the paint on my E class front end said he'll do it for free if i let him use my cars for his work publicity!
