ML Squealer

My 2005 Ml 270 has just started squealing from its front wheels, having checked the brake pads I noticed that they had a lot of material left on them but the disks have a lots of grooves and a slight lip, the disk seemed wavy in feel.
Anyone suggest a garage to do the work for me near Camberley, or is it better going the the dealers and paying the earth?

Brakes on mercs are dead simple and any normal garage will be able to do the work much cheaper than mb.
Parts arent to dear also worth seeing what dealers are charging for the bits compared to aftermarket.

Make sure the part quality is up to scratch. ATE are a good make.
